Plans for a new Overground line from Hounslow to Hendon in the north are one step further today.
It’s after London Mayor Sadiq Khan confirmed there were “feasible solutions” for this element of the West London Orbital.
Transport for London last estimated the total cost of the project to be between £430million and £610million back in 2021.
If completed, it’s hoped the line would be carrying passengers by the early 2030s.
