The development will add around 1 million square feet of new laboratory and research space across 12 acres.
It is expected to create 3,000 high-skilled jobs, with the wider district supporting up to 13,000 roles and contributing over £1 billion to the UK economy.
The Hub is already home to the Institute of Cancer Research and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.
The new facilities will support researchers, start-ups, and life sciences companies, helping turn scientific breakthroughs into life-saving treatments.
The buildings will be designed to net-zero carbon standards and include public spaces and homes for key workers.
Construction is set to begin soon, cementing Sutton as a global centre for cancer innovation and research.
