People sleeping rough in Kensington and Chelsea now have access to new round-the-clock support.

A new accommodation service has been opened by the council in North Kensington.

It offers ten bedrooms alongside two communal areas where support staff can provide residents with personalised care.

The 24/7 service is funded by a grant from the Greater London Authority’s Single Homeless Accommodation Programme.

Referrals are made exclusively by the Council’s street outreach team.

Those using the service will be trained in new skills to help them to live independently.
