People living in Surrey are set to benefit from a record £13.9 million Government grant to help cut home energy costs.

The money will pay for things like insulation, draft-proofing, low-energy lights, solar panels, and eco-friendly heating systems.

It’s for households rated D to G and earning under £36,000, with most homes getting around £12,400 to make improvements.
