People living in Kensington and Chelsea could see their council tax increased by 5% each year.

The authority has published its draft budget saying it needs to save £130 million over the next four years.

A study by property broker Jefferies James earlier this year labelled the Royal borough London’s wealthiest.

That’s because 32.3% of total property listings at the time were priced over £2 million.
