People in Stoneleigh are to have a greater say on what building developments get the go ahead in the area.

A neighbourhood plan has been adopted for the first time by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.

It’s after 93% of people in Stoneleigh voted for it to be implemented.

The plan will help ensure that future developments respond to resident priorities.
