People in Spelthorne are being urged to comment on the borough’s new Design Code before it’s too late.

The document sets out guidance for building height and new housing to ensure developments fit in with the area.

A public consultation ends on August the 4th.

Updates to the code include tougher height rules, improved landscaping, and Conservation Area protection.
