Residents living around Mount Pleasant say the anti-social noise is becoming so bad they are having to keep their windows shut.
They claim the riders are sometimes out as early at 3am and going “way above” the 20mph speed limit in place in some roads.
The problem has been reported to the safer neighbourhood police team.
