The Council wants to renew Kingston Road Recreation Ground’s safety rules which have been in place since 2017.
They cover drug use, harassment and drinking in the park, with fines of £100 or up to £1,000 if someone is taken to court.
The survey runs until the 16th of February via Kingston Council’s website.
