Cadent Gas will start upgrading the pipes at the double roundabout near The Oak pub in Goldhawk Road.

The council says the 5-week works are expected to have “a serious effect on traffic” in this part of the borough.

Three-way lights will operate, the bus lane will shut, and four bus stops, the ST, SH, SC and SX, will be suspended.
