Sutton Council has launched a new campaign called “People Keep Sutton Clean” to encourage residents to lend a helping hand.
Several deep cleans are taking place between now and October at locations including Balmoral Road and Wrythe Lane.
People caught fly-tipping can receive on-the-spot fines of £400, while those caught littering can be fined £150.
