Any donations made across this week will be doubled and their target is £37,500, which will become £75,000 after match funding.
Park Lane is a Riding for the Disabled associated stables, providing riding lessons, grooming sessions and equine therapy all year-round.
Their costs work out at around £25,000 per month, but are often higher over the winter period.
The team also says the long dry summer has led to a hay shortage which means prices have gone up and the hay bill alone looks set to rise from £8,000 to £14,000 per year.
