Paramedics at London Ambulance Service are warning revellers to stay safe at Notting Hill Carnival this weekend.

Alcohol-related 999 calls in London are already higher than last year, with over 6,500 incidents in June and July alone.

The Service will have an extra 180 staff on duty, including cycle responders, clinicians, and ambulance crews.

Kensington and Chelsea Council is also putting more than 100 staff on duty to help manage the annual event.
