Rathbones, a UK wealth and asset manager, has conducted an in-depth analysis of property prices in England over the past century.
Wandsworth and Kensington and Chelsea are on the list of boroughs with an annual growth of less than 0.5% from 2016 to last year.
Overall property prices in London slumped by 2% with outer London seeing only a 2.8% rise which is well below historic rises.
Their conclusion is that the London property “boom” representing a 9% annual rise spanning 1995 to 2016 is well and truly over.
