Nearly 2,000 are already in operation with the council saying it’s the densest network of anywhere in the country.
The authority has invested £5.4million in the borough’s CCTV over the last two years.
The new agreement will see 100 new cameras shared with Westminster City Council to tackle cross-borough crime.
