The US Coast Guard has confirmed that pieces of debris discovered on the sea bed were from the Titan, which had five people on board – including three British citizens.
The passengers included British billionaire Hamish Harding, who was born in Hammersmith and moved to the UAE at six-years-old.
The foreign secretary, James Cleverly, says their families are being supported.
