Multiple businesses across Surrey have received a share of nearly £2 million in funding to boost growth and create jobs.

Woodlark Nurseries in Hersham, UKIOT in Weybridge, GT Joinery in Molesey and Lesh Wear in Epsom are among the recipients.

The Surrey Economic Growth Fund will support new facilities, expand operations, and bring hundreds of residents into employment.

Surrey County Council says the scheme shows strong demand for innovation and business growth, with more funding planned.
