Two other suspects with connections to the organisation were also held by City of London Police on Wednesday.
Officers searched properties in Wales, Somerset, Surrey and London resulting in the arrests of a 46-year-old man from Surrey, a 55-year-old man from Bristol and a 51-year-old man from Wales on suspicion of fraud by abuse of position.
