Police in Croydon say they still have a great deal of work to do to find the killer of a man stabbed to death in Thornton heath.
Michael Peixhoto, who was 27, was attacked by a group of menon December 19th in Mayfield Avenue.
Police have since recovered a grey Vauxhall Grand X elite thought to have been used by the attackers, and in which Michael is thought to have travelled.
A man was arrested on Christmas Eve. A warrant for his detention is due to expire later this morning.
