More than 3,000 people in Hounslow are expected to benefit from extra council funding.

£300,000 has been handed to charities and community groups across the borough.

One, is The Hounslow Swim Club, which has received £25,200 to support young carers to get active.

Feltham Arts Association has also been handed £11,000 to deliver art sessions at sheltered accommodation and to tackle social isolation.
