Morden Underground station has been handed a ‘Fruits and Vegetables Award.’

It’s one of the accolades handed out by Transport for London as part of the management group’s “In Bloom” competition.

The awards shine a light on staff who are trying to make stations across the capital more aesthetically pleasing.

Morden’s on-site garden impressed the judges with its variety of produce available including pineapples, lemons and limes.
