A number of drivers and their Mini Coopers will set off from Surbiton at 1pm to complete a rally style tour of the borough.
The iconic Mini Cooper was born in Surbiton in January 1964.
It was designed at a garage in Hollyfield Road by John Cooper and went on to win the Monte Carlo Rally.
The rally starts at Surbiton, then heads through Kingston town centre, Norbiton, New Malden, Tolworth, Berrylands and back to Surbiton.
Hundreds of people are expected to line the streets for a glimpse of the action.
Mini Day is down to the volunteers working at Tolworth based Community Brain.
