Merton Council has changed the way residents apply and renew their parking permits.

The authority has launched a new online service via the Parking Permits page of its website.

It will continue to send a reminder to the driver in question before their permit expires.

Merton is also reminding people that RingGo login details won’t work on the new system, so they’ll need to register for a new account.
