A 32 year-old man will appear before Guildford Magistrates today charged with causing a public nuisance at the Epsom Derby on Saturday.
Police arrested one man on the track and two women who tried to climb a fence during the race.
Altogether, 39 arrests were made, 31 of them in connection with planned disruption by the group Animal Rising.
Surrey Police have revealed that officers working among the crowds at Epsom Downs received support from specialist teams including firearms, intelligence and drone operators.
