Mole Valley District Council started the upgrade at Lower Road on October the 19th.
The refurbishment included drainage works, bike rack and barrier repairs, kerb upgrades, landscaping and resurfacing.
Lower Road is the final one in a programme of car-park refurbishments across the borough costing £2.2million.
