London Mayor, Sadiq Khan, should apologise for “potentially” misleading Londoners over the ULEZ expansion.

That’s according to the Lib Dem Leader, Sir Ed Davey.

It’s after the Advertising Standards Authority ruled adverts for the expansion made claims which were “likely to mislead”.

Sir Ed, who is also Kingston’s MP, says the expansion to outer London should not have gone ahead in the first place.
