London Liverpool Street’s once again been named Britain’s busiest railway station.

The Office of Rail and Road says there were 98-million entries and exits in the year to the end of March.

Waterloo was the second busiest station in 2024/25, with 70.4 million entries and exits.

Clapham Junction, which arguably used to be Britain’s busiest, came in at 18th with 24,447,510.

The least-used station was Elton and Orston in Nottinghamshire, with only 68 visits in that time.
