A candle left unattended in a flat on Elmwood Road sparked the fire, three people escaped unharmed.
The blaze was one of four across London in four days, including incidents in Edmonton, Hayes, and Peckham.
The brigade urges residents to keep candles and heaters away from decorations, furniture, and clothing, and to use flameless alternatives.
