The Council and CREW Energy are offering free energy saving packs to tackle the twin challenges of living costs and climate change.
It comes as the Kingston’s climate changing emissions and energy costs are impacting people across the borough.
Each pack will contain a Radflek radiator, Draught excluder, LED lightbulbs and energy saving information.
