Lambeth Council has given the go ahead for 92 new homes to be built in a part of Streatham.

The authority says half of the properties on land in Leigham Court Road will be affordable.

The development is also set to include 15 social rent homes for Lambeth residents on the housing register.

Construction works are set to begin in the new year with the scheme estimated to be completed by 2029.
