Kingston Hospital says some NHS patients will be eligible for a reimbursement on the new ULEZ charge.

Those who are clinically assessed as unable to travel on public transport qualify as long as they also need one of the following.

Regular therapy assessments, regular surgical intervention or they have a compromised immune system.

Crucially, the hospital says the £12.50 charge must be paid through the TfL Auto Pay Account before a claim can be made.
