Letby became the latest criminal to be sentenced to a whole-life tariff this week, after she was found guilty of murdering seven babies.
Following her conviction, Kingston Hospital says;

The Department of Health and Social Care has announced there will be an independent inquiry into the events at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
