Her lawyers requested for the hearing to be in private saying the former glamour model’s ‘mental well being’ should be considered.
The judge granted the request and ordered her to attend on the 27th of September.
On the way our of the courtroom the 46 year-old called the waiting members of the press ‘scumbags.’
She was detained at Heathrow on a flight back from Turkey.
