The 23-year-old from Sutton secured the win of his career so far at Indian Wells in California on Sunday.
He beat Holger Rune in straight sets in the final of the tournament which is often referred to as “the fifth Grand Slam”.
Nicky Draper, who is herself a tennis coach at a school in Cobham, says tennis was always going to be Jack’s sport.
