It’s understood John Textor has had an offer to sell his stake in Crystal Palace.

The FA Cup winners are hoping to convince UEFA that the US businessman doesn’t have any decisive influence over the running of the club.

They need to do so to ensure they can play in next season’s Europa League.

Textor owns shares in both Palace and French Ligue 1 team Lyon.
