The Care Quality Commission has rated the borough ‘Good’ across all areas in its recent inspection.
It’s praised the council’s focus on helping residents live independently for longer.
More than 3,000 residents in Richmond receive adult social care support, while around 14,000 provide unpaid care for loved ones.
