The town that gave us Epsom Salts back in the 1600s has ranked 12th in the latest index by property consultants Garrington.
The annual report looks at schools, employment, connectivity and the environment.
Epsom scored highly for its education offerings with the likes of Glyn and Wallace Fields top-rated by Ofsted.
