It’s claimed levels of harmful air pollutants are down by 13 percent since the introduction of the ULEZ scheme in London.

The scheme was expanded to all London Boroughs including Kingston and Croydon in August last year.

Emissions from vans have also decreased, according to a report from City Hall.

But it found traffic levels remain unchanged since the ultra low emission zone was brought in last August.
