It’s after the government announced Surrey would be split in two next year as part of devolution plans for the county.
The proposed areas are Ashtead, Box Hill, Dorking, Fetcham, Leatherhead, Westcott, and Westhumble.
Boundaries for the parishes of Brockham, Headley, and Holmwood would also be amended.
