The disused sports pavilion at King George’s Playing Field in Tolworth went up in flames on Tuesday afternoon.
No one was hurt but nearby residents were forced to shut their windows for hours afterwards because of the smoke.
Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a house fire on The Manor Drive in Worcester Park on Thursday night.
Two people managed to escape.
