Children at Julian’s Primary won’t be starting the new term as scheduled on Wednesday following the blaze last weekend.
Around 40% of the roof at the rear of the school was affected and 50% of the whole building sustained water damage from sprinklers.
Lambeth Council says the school will be closed for at least a week from tomorrow for the clean up.
