If you’re a resident in and around Cheam, you might have noticed a change in the taste of your tap water recently.
Cheam Treatment Works announced treated water hardness levels are expected to be higher than normal this month.
The main areas supplied by the site includes Cheam, Sutton Worcester Park, Ewell, Morden and Carshalton.
It is stated that the increased hardness is of no concern, but you may notice small changes like increased limescale and a film on cups of tea.
