Hounslow residents are being encouraged to quit smoking this Stoptober with a cash incentive.

Participants can earn up to £50 in rewards through the BetterPoints app.

Healthy Hounslow is also offering free one-to-one sessions, nicotine replacement therapies or a free vape, and ongoing guidance.

Councillor Lily Bath says the service has already helped hundreds and urged residents to sign up online or by calling.
