Hounslow Council says a minority of people are attempting to abuse its e-bike trial.

The authority announced a partnership with Lime earlier in the summer.

The authority is asking the provider to redouble efforts to address unsocial and unsafe use of their bikes in the borough.

Lime has agreed to commit more resources to tackling the issue.
