Hounslow Council hosted over 70 residents and 18 children at their food event at Cranford Community College during half term.

The event offered free meals, health checks, and support with bills and employment.

The College runs regular food events and to tackle food waste and support local families, as part of the Community Hub programme.

Council Leader Shantanu Rajawat has praised the welcoming atmosphere and local partnerships behind the initiative.
