Height barriers have been installed at a carpark in Cobham to stop unauthorised encampments.
They’ve been erected at the entrance and two exit lanes at Hollyhedge Road open air carpark in the town centre.
Elmbridge Borough Council says they will also protect the site from fly tipping.
