They’ll down tools from 6am until 8am on Saturday.
They assist patients with daily care such as washing, dressing and eating.
Hospital bosses say emergency care will not be affected but some outpatient appointments will need to be rescheduled.
All patients affected by cancellations will be contacted by the trust.
