The tighthead prop joins the Twickenham based side from Frances’ Top 14 side Section Paloise.
Williams was born and raised in Crystal Palace and later attended Whitgift School in South Croydon.
The 33-year-old previously made 162 appearances for Exeter Chiefs, during what was the clubs most successful period in their history.
