Hammersmith and Fulham Council has adapted over 100 homes to help disabled residents live independently.

Work includes stair lifts, hoists, wider doors, and accessible bathrooms.

The £1m-a-week home upgrade programme improves safety and accessibility at properties across the borough.

Residents can apply for adaptations via the council’s occupational therapy service.
