Great British Menu Chef Nick Beardshaw is opening his debut restaurant on Esher High Street.

 

The restaurant, called Starling, is set to spotlight seasonal British cooking, and will open at the end of August.

 

A number of Nick’s Great British Menu dishes will make an appearance, including his winning fish starter ‘A Moon Shaped Pool’.

 

Beardshaw had left his position as Head Chef at Kerridge’s Bar and Grill, having worked for Chef Tom Kerridge for 14 years.
